Information:
The original swept wing Phoenix, circa August 1965, by Don Lowe. The beginning of a long line of the Phoenix pattern aircraft.
The Phoenix has a built-up wing only, as per original RCM plans.
The only change from the plans was the change of two-ply parts from 3/32″ PLY to 1/8″ PLY. The 3″ wide 3/32″ balsa doublers(45-degree sheeting strips) are not included, since it is very easy to glue on and sand to fuse edge.
